Natan El BitonNati is a third year law student at the ono academy in Jerusalem and he is a scholarship of the "Heseg" Fundation. In the IDF Nati served as a combat officer in a special unit of the Golani Brigade. He volunteers at "aharai" Israeli organization which encourages young people to serve in the army. Nati is director of projects for the evacuation of explosives for the Israeli Defense Ministry. Previously Nati served as a representative in the Ministry of Justice in the field of real estate.
gil edri
Gil Deri, was born in Be'er Sheva and from the age of 13 grew up and was educated in Kibbutz Ein-Gedi, Dead Sea. Gil served as a Givati unit combat Soldier. In 2012, he began his B.A. In Business Administration and Economics, specializing in management. Gil is a Heseg alumni. During his studies, Gil specialized as an economist, in the treasurer and project manager of the Kfar Saba municipality. At the end of his studies, he was hired to work at the “Mizrahi-Tefahot” bank as a banker, and today he advanced to the marketing and financial management department at “Ravgon” company a customer manager.
Daniela Malqui
Daniela was born and raised in Santa Fe, Argentina, and moved to Israel when she was 17 years old. She completed her Bachelor's degree in History of the Middle East at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Daniela is an Heseg scholar and served in the army at the Foreign Liaison Unite. Following her second year her bachelors, she worked at the Defense Division at The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem. From 2011-2016 Daniela and her husband moved to San Diego, where both worked at a Jewish Community as Shlichim. While working in San Diego, Daniela also got her master's degree in Homeland Security and volunteered at the American Red Cross. After 5 years, they have come back to Israel.
Adi Blum
Adi Blum graduated with a BSc in computer science. She current works as a software engineer at a startup and is a lover of hackathons. Adi is a Heseg scholar and served in ״Home Front Command״ unit. In her spare time, she volunteers as a medical clown, is a bookworm and loves experimenting in the kitchen.
Rolo Modelis
Rolo was born in Uruguay, and moved to Israel after finishing his degree in Restaurant Administration. He volunteered to the Army and served as a combat soldier at the paratrooper unit. In 2011 Rolo moved to San Diego (California, USA) to work for the Ken Jewish Community as the Community Director. He came back to Israel in January 2017. Rolo speaks Spanish, English and Hebrew.
Yael Shemesh
Born in Jerusalem, Yael has graduated with a master's degree in clinical social work. She is currently the director of people with disabilities department at a non-profit organization. Yael likes to work in the garden, create and play music, and initiate new projects in different fields.
Faina Fonar
Faina holds a Bachelor degree (LLB) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a student at the Technion Institution. Currently she is working on her Master degree in Real Estate. Faina immigrated to Israel from Russia in 2001 as part of the Na'aleh program. In the IDF Faina served as a commanding officer at Havat Hashomer and she is a Heseg scholar. Faina is an associate at Weksler, Bregman & Co. Law Offices, she specializes in the real estate field, in all its aspects.
Anton Bronstein
Anton Bronstein is an architect and a practical engineer. He has graduated cum laude from the department of architecture at the Bezalel Academy of Arts & Design in Jerusalem and was presented an award for outstanding academic performance. During his studies, Anton taught various engineering courses at Bezalel Academy and was a finalist at the Israeli Design Awards of Architecture in the student category. During his IDF service Anton was an officer in the Air Force, serving as a project engineering manager working on both civil and military engineering projects.

Max Rusinov
Max Rusinov made Aliyah when he was 14 with NAALE program at the year of 2000 from Kirov, Russia. In his IDF service he was at the Orev Givati unit. After the army he studied Economics and Business Management at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. And few years later completed MBA with specializing in Marketing in Tel Aviv University. He is currently working at Adgortihms as a Data Researcher which means defining and testing a new product in On-line Marketing and work with a current client of the company. In his free time, he is volunteering at Limmud FSU NPO as a member organizing committee.
Yohay Nahmany
Yohay Nahmany completed his degree in information systems at the Technion. In the IDF, Yohay served commander in The Israeli Combat Engineering Corps not before he graduated from Kiriat Ata high school. During his BS.c he started working at Intel corp and today he is at full stack developer position at BooksOnMap, young start-up in Tel Aviv.
Andrew Goldis
Andrew is a software engineer, specializing in infrastructure and web-development, contributor to open-source software projects and semi-professional photographer. During his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management of The Technion, majoring in Enterprise Information Systems, Andrew worked at the Research and Development Center of Inte, Haifa. After graduating B.Sc. degree, he moved to Tel Aviv and joined a young and emerging Tel Aviv based start-up "Rollout", where he currently holds the position of software developer. Andrew joined Heseg family in 2008 after his 5-years military service in an elite combat unit.
Sergey Vinickiy
Sergey Vinickiy is a third year Economics and Business Admitistration student at IDC Herzliya. In the IDF, Sergey served as a combat soldier in the special unit "Egoz", he volunteers at «Aharay» and Sergey is a Heseg scholar. He was born in Ukraine and moved to Israel when he was 14 years old. Sergey currently work at Elbit Systems as member of the management-accounting team.
Eliya EizerikovaEliya completed her degree in Fine Arts at the Steve Tisch School of Film and Television at Tel Aviv University. She was born and raised in Russia and moved to Israel alone, when she was 15 years old, with NAALE program. Following her first year of studies, she started to work for the Israeli television as a casting assistant. Currently she works as an independent director and editor. Along with her love to art, Eliya is passionate about informal education, and for the past few years works as an educator in summer program for teenagers at Brandeis University in Boston. Eliya is an Heseg scholar and served in Educational forces as an officer.
Maxim Moses
Maxim Moses completed his degree in BA at the Bar Ilan University, majoring in Finance, Investments & Financial Securities and in MBA at the Open University, majoring in Finance. He was born and raised in Ukraine, and repatriated alone to Israel when he was 15 years old. Maxim currently works at Amdocs as a Finance Partner where, in the last 2 years, he takes part in the innovation program that develops Digital financial tools for financial and operational departments. He is a Heseg scholar and served in Engineering corps, special unit “Yahalom”.
Aviv Harel
Aviv studied his M.B.A in Business Administration at the Open University majoring in marketing. Graduated his B.A with honor in Economics and Business Administration volunteered in the students’ council as a vice president. In the IDF, Aviv served as, combat soldier and commander in the “Nahal” during the second Lebanese war. Aviv serves as a project manager and counselor in sales promotion of B2B in “Profit” company, and studies application developing in Android.
Evageni Gitomirskiy
Evageni Gitomirskiy completed his degree in Electronic Engineering at the Technion, majoring in Software engineering. He grew up in Kazakshtan and moved to Israel when he was 17. During his studies and following career, he worked at telecommunication industry (such as Siklu, Intel) and Cyber security ( McAfee - former Intel Security) . Evgeniy is Heseg Alumni.
